Event Proposal Form

Propose your Event to be hosted by The Council for Subject Associations (CfSA), for the benefit of its members, or jointly hosted between CfSA and another organisation

Context

The Board of CfSA has received a number of suggestions for events in recent months and has had to set up a slightly more formal method of selecting from competing suggestions. We have also been approached several times for jointly-badged events, such as proposals led by CfSA and one of our members.

At Board meetings we employ the following criteria for selecting and planning an event:

Meets at least one CfSA strategic aim: membership; collaboration; collective voice (see the following link for more details of our strategy).
Cross-cutting theme with wide member appeal.
No conflict of interest (commercial or otherwise).
CfSA can maintain control over planning, content, and member communication.
